WONG & MOJO

Species: Budgie Pair

Age: Wong (unknown) Mojo (6.5 years)

Gender: Females

Personality: Chirpy happy bonded pair

About: Wong and Mojo are a bonded pair of budgies looking for a home where they can stay together. Mojo, at 6.5 years old, is the leader of the pair, while Wong is more laid back and happy to go with the flow. They love perching at the highest point in the room, watching the world go by, and chatting with any birds they hear outside.

These two are lovely birds – not overly tame, but they recognise when you’re trying to help them and will step onto your finger when they trust you. They don’t bite and are comfortable in a lively home, as they’re used to the sounds of young children. With time and patience, they could become even more comfortable with handling.

Wong and Mojo enjoy their seed but are quite fussy about fruit and vegetables. They’ll need an owner who can get creative in sneaking healthy foods into their diet, as they tend to toss fresh chunks off their cage (sometimes with what sounds like laughter!). They enjoy millet and honey seed sticks as occasional treats.

At night, they settle into their cage, and in the morning, they’re greeted with fresh food and water before spending their day chirping, observing, and enjoying their space. While they have some toys, their favourite pastime is simply being together.

If you can offer Wong and Mojo a loving home where they can stay together, we’d love to hear from you!

SIGMA

Species: Galah

Age: Unknown

Gender: Unknown

Personality: Affectionate, independent, chatty, and spirited.

About: Sigma is a strikingly beautiful and healthy galah, full of personality and charm. He’s searching for a home with someone who understands parrots and has the time, patience, and love to build a strong bond with him. While he has an independent streak, Sigma is also affectionate in his own way – he enjoys pats and will give kisses when he feels like it. He loves perching on shoulders, watching the world around him, and chatting away with his favourite humans.

Sigma thrives on attention and interaction, making him a fantastic companion for someone who can dedicate time to understanding his quirks. While he can bite on occasion, this is typical parrot behaviour and can be managed with patience and experience. With the right person, Sigma will blossom into a loyal and loving feathered friend.

To keep him happy and healthy, Sigma will need a well-balanced diet consisting of nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables. He would do best in a home where he is given plenty of mental stimulation, enrichment, and social interaction.

If you’re looking for a charming, talkative, and affectionate companion, Sigma might just be the perfect bird for you. Could you be the one to offer him the loving home he deserves?

CASEY

Species: Crimson-Bellied Conure

Age: Unknown

Gender: Unknown

Personality: Shy but loooveesss neck scratches and attention

About: Casey is a little bird with a big heart, looking for someone to shower him with love and attention. He’s a friendly but timid conure who has made great progress in overcoming his initial fear of hands. While he isn’t keen on stepping up, he’s happy to be picked up like a little potato and absolutely loves cuddles and scritches—especially under your chin!

Though he can be a little independent, Casey thrives on human interaction and gets excited when he sees or hears his person. He enjoys making adorable high-pitched squeaks and has even started giving little kisses! While he can occasionally be loud, it’s not excessive—he just wants to stay close to his favourite humans.

Casey would do best in an indoor home where he can be around his people throughout the day. He’s currently untested with other birds but hasn’t shown much interest in rainbow lorikeets. His ideal home will have patience and love to continue building his confidence and helping him feel safe.

If you’re looking for a devoted little feathered friend who loves to cuddle, Casey might just be the perfect match for you!

JACKIE & OLLIE

Species: Green-Cheeked Conure

Age: 12

Gender: Male and Female

Personality: Bonded Duo

About: Jackie and Ollie are a loving, 12-year-old pair of Green-Cheeked Conures who are looking for their forever home. They are a bonded couple, and it’s essential that they stay together as they share a deep connection.

Both birds are friendly and hand-raised, so they enjoy spending time with people and will fly onto your shoulder to relax with you. They are not yet accustomed to stepping up, but with patience and trust, they will learn to feel more comfortable over time.

Jackie is full of personality and loves to dance, although she’s not a fan of head scratches (she may warm up to them with time). Ollie is a bit more relaxed and enjoys a good scratch when wrapped in a towel, though he isn’t much of a mimic.

One thing that’s important to note is that both Jackie and Ollie need the freedom to fly within a room. They previously had daily flight time outside their cage, which helped them thrive. Without this space, Ollie has started chewing his feathers due to stress, but with the chance to fly again, he should regain his feathers after his next molt.

They are both vocal but not overly noisy, with cute chirps when it’s bedtime. Jackie and Ollie love their morning routine, enjoying fresh fruit and veggies, along with an almond or pecan to start the day. They also love grooming each other and can often be found cuddling up together.

Jackie laid an egg in December 2024, so she requires calcium supplements to maintain her health.

These two are looking for a home where they can have plenty of open cage time, free flight, and a patient owner who can continue building their trust. They are a delightful pair with so much love to give, and we know they’ll make wonderful companions.

If you’re ready to open your home to Jackie and Ollie, we’d love to hear from you!

BONITA & RIO

Species: Lovebirds

Age: Unknown

Gender: Female & Male (suspected)

Personality: Two peas in a pod

About: Rio and Bonita are two lovebirds that are inseparable! Their close bond is evident in everything they do, from exploring new spaces together to cuddling up for a rest. These playful cuties enjoy flying and would thrive in a home where they have plenty of space to spread their wings – ideally, some indoor flight time each day, in addition to a spacious cage.

While they adore each other, Rio and Bonita are also comfortable around familiar people and may even land on your head when they’re feeling social! With more interaction, patience, and gentle contact, this bond with humans could grow even stronger. Having previously been office companions, they may be a great match for someone who spends time working from home and is looking for some feathered friends to keep them company.

As with many lovebirds, Rio and Bonita will nest, so they will need a home where their nesting instincts can be managed, such as using egg replacement when they’re in season. If you think you can offer Bonita & Rio a happy home where they can live together, we’d love to hear from you!

MISTY

Species: Cockatiel

Age: Unknown

Gender: Unknown

Personality:Shy and a little nervous – needs someone to give much needed TLC

About: Misty is a sweet and gentle cockatiel looking for a loving home. As a rescue bird, we don’t know their exact age or sex. Suspected to be raised as an aviary bird, Misty now requires a cosy cage setup due to limited mobility caused by rickets and a poor diet early in life.

Though a little nervous at first, Misty has never bitten and is full of potential to build trust and enjoy human companionship with time and care. This special cockatiel is searching for a patient and loving family to provide them with the safe and nurturing home they deserve.

Could Misty be the feathered friend you’ve been looking for?
